I currently work at Cogny designing digital products for major clients in sports entertainment and have over 10 years of experience in Art Direction at advertising agencies in southern Brazil, my hometown. The focus of my work is on understanding and improving user journeys, identifying pain points, and suggesting innovative solutions. I transitioned to User Experience at the start of the pandemic, and it has been a truly rewarding journey! :)
